Permeable Concrete NZ was established to bring world-class permeable concrete systems to the New Zealand market – tailored for local planning rules, climate and ground conditions.
We operate in partnership with Australian Permeable Concrete (APC) – a pioneer in permeable paving solutions since 2018. Together, our teams have delivered more than 85,000m³ of permeable concrete across Australia, New Zealand, the USA and Europe.
This collaboration gives New Zealand clients access to a refined, field-tested system – supported by continuous research, technical exchange and on-the-ground expertise in diverse environments.
To launch the system locally, civil construction specialist Stuart Girvan partnered with APC founder Peter Lucas to adapt the technology for New Zealand.
Stuart owns and runs Permeable Concrete NZ, combining strong technical expertise with hands-on delivery across a wide range of projects.
